Acquisition Criteria for Investment Opportunities

We are aggressively pursuing single-tenant or multi-tenant properties generally between 2500sf and 5000sf (will consider larger), ideally in good locations with high visibility along busy metro streets.

If the property meets our needs, we will respond quickly with an offer.

We are looking at banks, restaurants, and any use that offers good parking with easy ingress and egress. Corner locations are ideal but not imperative.

It does not have to be vacant, but it should have either a short term left on the lease or be able to be vacated with a buyout provision, if possible.
