Brian has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 36 years.  He has a broad range of experience from, commercial brokerage, acquisition/disposition executive for a major investor and his investment firm.

With over $2Billion in sale and lease transactions during his career, a wealth of experience and lessons were acquired.

As a tenant rep broker, he has represented Bank of America, The Walt Disney Company and Baxter Healthcare on several assignments.

He is also the author of three commercial real estate books including, “The Due Diligence Handbook for Commercial Real Estate”, a #1 Bestseller on Amazon, “The How to Add Value Handbook for Commercial Real Estate” and “The Residential Agent’s Handbook for Commercial Real Estate”.

He speaks regularly at several real estate organizations and institutions such as, University of San Diego, Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, University of California, Los Angeles Extension, CCIM and many Boards of Realtors and investor groups.

Robert A. Bianchi is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience. He holds numerous degrees, inclusive of being Magna Cum Laude, at B.S. Business Administration/Accounting at CSU Dominguez Hills, as well as Golden Gate University and USC in Advanced Taxation Curriculum In International Tax Studies and Research, Civil Engineering | Construction Project Management degree at Fairleigh Dickenson University, the University of Miami, the University of New Mexico and Pierce College.

Robert is a distinguished speaker for the USC Marshall School of Business, providing instruction on Accounting Principles, Financial Visualization Tools, Business Plan writing, and raising capital.

Robert has provided tax, accounting, and management advisory services to a multitude of individuals and companies, including SAAS, high technology, digital media, real estate, construction, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and more. Robert Bianchi is a principal of California CPA Group, Inc. and specializes in CFO Services, Business Development and Taxation & Finance. Robert has been involved in numerous business operation ventures with strategic exits ranging from $5,000,000 to $240,000,000.
